This residence was formerly owned by the Handler family who started and owned Mattel Toys. Nicole purchased the property from Barbara “Barbie” Segal, the inspiration for the original Barbie® doll, and felt it only right to honor such a legend throughout the redesign of the space.
This property is located on the very top floor of the Veer Towers in the City Center overlooking the strip. The daily buzz of the city is complemented by calming mountain views, but by night, the city lights give the space an enchanting glow.
The Beach House
This little beach house was reworked by Nicole to find the perfect balance of style, comfort, sophistication and the casual nature of the beach.
Nicole wanted her Malibu home to feel like the resort-like oasis she knew it was destined to be. The modern materials mixed with the warm natural woods keep it warm, cozy and inviting.
Greta Garbo Estate
This was one of Nicole’s biggest design and construction projects to date. She truly created things out of thin air, adding a second story and creating a pool and yard in the previously unused space.
This celebrity studded home was redesigned to the highest level of sophistication with its use of luxury materials and fixtures. Truly a showpiece, this inviting knockout of a home is the perfect beach-front property!
This home was simply redesigned to support the stylish and fun family that resides there. Nicole worked together with Abramson Teiger Architects on this project.
