Church-converted townhouse in Rosedale

A three-bed, five-bath townhouse in an old church, located on a quiet street just a few minutes from Rosedale station. At 4,250 square feet across three storeys, this place has some of the church’s original architectural features, like arched windows, exposed trusses and a pulpit. Pictures coming soon!

Barbie Penthouse

This residence was formerly owned by the Handler family who started and owned Mattel Toys. Nicole purchased the property from Barbara “Barbie” Segal, the inspiration for the original Barbie® doll, and felt it only right to honor such a legend throughout the redesign of the space.

Bird Street Compound

This private and gated view estate is a rare gem. The home is appointed with the finest designer finishes. It even has two Poliform/Gaggenau kitchens, a huge primary suite with a two story closet and parking for more than a dozen cars.

Project Diva

Bathed in natural light, with breathtaking, panoramic views to the ocean the condo is situated in the heart of Century City. Designed utilizing rich, earthly hues, bespoke cabinetry and shagreen accents, the space exudes a quiet sophistication and understated elegance.

Hollywood Getaway

This charming Hollywood retreat was completely reimagined. I facilitated all of the space planning and the very talented Raimonda Tamošauskaitė chose and implemented all of the incredible finishes.

Bel Air

This amazing light filled home deserved nothing but the best. Nicole took very careful thought in choosing every finish in the space and overseeing the implementation of the finishes with the builder.

Lithuanian Penthouse

The project started with two small condos that needed to be combined. We designed the entire layout of the space turning it into a four bedroom/three bathroom home with a small office, walk in laundry room and two loft spaces. The finishes on this project were the fun part!

City Center Penthouse

This property is located on the very top floor of the Veer Towers in the City Center overlooking the strip. The daily buzz of the city is complemented by calming mountain views, but by night, the city lights give the space an enchanting glow.

The Beach House

This little beach house was reworked by Nicole to find the perfect balance of style, comfort, sophistication and the casual nature of the beach.

Malibu Estate

Nicole wanted her Malibu home to feel like the resort-like oasis she knew it was destined to be. The modern materials mixed with the warm natural woods keep it warm, cozy and inviting.

Greta Garbo Estate

This was one of Nicole’s biggest design and construction projects to date. She truly created things out of thin air, adding a second story and creating a pool and yard in the previously unused space.

Malibu Road

This celebrity studded home was redesigned to the highest level of sophistication with its use of luxury materials and fixtures. Truly a showpiece, this inviting knockout of a home is the perfect beach-front property!

Russ Residence

This home was simply redesigned to support the stylish and fun family that resides there. Nicole worked together with Abramson Teiger Architects on this project.
