The project started with two small condos that needed to be combined. We designed the entire layout of the space turning it into a four bedroom/three bathroom home with a small office, walk in laundry room and two loft spaces. The finishes on this project were the fun part!

Literally everything is controlled through a custom app. From room temperature, to lighting to audio visual, to window shade settings. Even the espresso maker, can be called upon for a freshly brewed shot remotely from any part of the world. Now that’s something any special agent would love!

She reworked the entire home, moving kitchens where dining rooms once were and opening entire walls with bi-folding doors to bring the inside out. Homeowner Kerri Kenney wanted her home to have a ‘splash of Bali,’ prompting Nicole to sprinkle her own blend of island style into the space.
